I booked to have my old washing machine collected, and it was gone by the next day. The driver gave me a call before arriving, which I always appreciate, and carried it out without any fuss. He also left the kitchen tidy, which is a bit of a must for me. Really straightforward service and no complaints.

The appliance itself works fine, so no complaints there. Just wanted to give others a heads-up that the box arrived beat up and looked like it had been handled rough during shipping. If yours shows up the same way, I’d recommend opening it right away and checking for any dents or damage before tossing the packaging.

"Easy enough to use, just a bit slow"
I used applianceworldonline.com when I was looking for a new washing machine, and overall it was straightforward. Like i said, I didn’t have to dig around too much to find what I needed, and the filters were actually helpful, especially for narrowing things down by size and brand.
The only downside was that a few pages were a bit slow to load, and on mobile the checkout buttons could’ve been a little clearer. But like i said, I still managed to find the right washing machine without much hassle, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought a cooker from Appliance World Online and the price was alright. It wasn’t the cheapest I’d seen, but it was fair enough, so I went with it in the end.

Delivery was fine and there weren’t any major issues, but I still felt like I expected a bit more for what I paid. I’m also never fully confident with customer service if something goes wrong, so that would make me think twice about ordering again unless the price was really worth it

"Finally found the oven I needed"
I’d been hunting around for a specific built-in oven and everywhere else either had it out of stock or wanted me to wait ages. Then I came across applianceworldonline.com and they actually had it available, which was a proper relief.

Ordering was straightforward and I didn’t have to waste time calling around loads of places. All in all, happy with how it went and I’d definitely use them again if I need another appliance
